Monthly Payment Terms & Conditions

By selecting the monthly payment option, you agree to pay €187.50 per month for the duration of your agreed payment plan.

Monthly payments may be made by:

• Recurring card payment via Stripe

• Bank transfer

• Standing order

Monthly Payments

Payments of €187.50 per month are due on the agreed payment date each month.

The monthly payment arrangement is a method of paying your programme fees by instalments. It is not a month-to-month subscription to the programme.

Payments will continue until the agreed programme fee has been paid in full, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing with Longford International College.

Card Payments

Where you choose recurring card payment, you authorise our payment provider, Stripe, to charge €187.50 per month to your selected payment method.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details remain valid and that sufficient funds are available when each payment becomes due.

Bank Transfer or Standing Order

Where you choose to pay by bank transfer or standing order, you are responsible for ensuring that the monthly payment of €187.50 reaches Longford International College on or before the agreed payment date.

Please include your name and Student ID, where available, as the payment reference.

Missed or Failed Payments

If a monthly payment is missed or unsuccessful, you may be contacted and asked to bring your account up to date or arrange an alternative method of payment.

If payments are not kept up to date, access to course materials, the student portal, tuition services, assessments, certification or other College services may be suspended until the outstanding amount has been paid or another arrangement has been agreed.

Cancelling a Payment Method

Cancelling a card, standing order or recurring payment instruction does not cancel your obligation to pay the outstanding programme fees.

If you wish to change your payment arrangement, you must contact Longford International College.

Withdrawal from the Programme

If you decide to withdraw from the programme, you must notify Longford International College in writing.

Stopping attendance or stopping payments does not, by itself, constitute formal withdrawal from the programme.

Any outstanding fees or refund entitlement will be dealt with in accordance with your programme agreement and the College's applicable withdrawal and refund terms.

Changes to Your Payment Arrangement

If you experience difficulty making a scheduled payment, please contact the College as soon as possible.

Alternative payment arrangements may be considered on an individual basis and must be agreed by the College in writing.

Acceptance

By proceeding with the monthly payment option, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Monthly Payment Terms & Conditions and agree to pay:

€187.50 per month

until your agreed payment plan has been completed.
