Anthony began his professional career as a film and video producer, working at the forefront of early corporate training media. During this period, he collaborated with and drew inspiration from some of the most influential names in the field, including Video Arts and Talkback Productions, helping to shape the use of video as a powerful tool for organisational learning, communication, and professional development.

Over the course of his career, Anthony has built a distinguished international profile, leading complex business operations across 12 countries, including markets in South America, Europe, Russia, and Far East Asia. His leadership experience spans strategic growth, project delivery, operational transformation, stakeholder management, and the development of high-performing teams in fast-moving and culturally diverse environments.
