Payment

The annual tuition payment is €4,500, covering the academic year specified in your enrolment confirmation. Payment must be received by the agreed due date unless an alternative arrangement has been confirmed in writing.

Any separate fees must be disclosed in your fee agreement before payment.

Keeping your account up to date

You are responsible for keeping your payments up to date. If a payment becomes overdue, we will contact you and provide a deadline to bring your account up to date.

If payment remains outstanding after that deadline, your student account and access to course materials, the student portal and online classes may be temporarily suspended. Access will be restored once overdue payments have been received or an alternative payment arrangement has been agreed in writing.

If you experience financial difficulties, please contact us promptly so that we can discuss your circumstances.

Withdrawal and refunds

Please send any request to withdraw, defer or receive a refund to admissions@longfordcollege.com. Requests will be considered under the cancellation and refund terms provided at enrolment and any applicable statutory rights.

These terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
