A Visionary Leader Bridging Academia and Industry with Pioneering Contributions in International Business, Strategic Management, and STEM Education
Vincent is a Professor of International Business and Strategic Management at Uninettuno University of Rome and a visiting professor in Naples and Geneva. He holds a PhD in Business Strategy, an EdD in AI in Education, and additional degrees in Law, Education, Physics, and Data Analytics from esteemed institutions including the University of Cambridge, King's College London, Maynooth, Aberdeen, and Dublin. Affiliated with the University of Cambridge as a researcher in adult online learning and a member of the prestigious CEDiR group, he was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts in 2016. At Uninettuno University, Vincent has successfully supervised 14 doctoral (DBA) completions.
As CEO of Vernier Europe—a subsidiary of Vernier Software and Technology, the world’s leading manufacturer of digital data collection tools for schools—he brings extensive international business expertise across sectors such as educational materials, retail, and engineering. Over 25 years, he has founded and managed several successful companies in Ireland and the UK, demonstrating proficiency in marketing, project management, mentoring, international distribution, and product sourcing.
Vincent also contributes to European policy and practice in education by serving on a European Commission ThinkTank for STEM learning and participating in large-scale EU projects that promote inclusion in science education at the secondary level. A strong advocate for lifelong learning, he sponsors the Young Scientist of Tanzania competition and contributes actively to the European Commission’s Classroom of the Future (FutureLab).
